If you need an additional bedroom, the upstairs Carriage House in the back provides a 1 bedroom studio apartment with kitchenette. Please inquire about availability.

The Hacienda is a complete home vacation rental. It includes the home, front porch, back screened in deck area, and brick driveway.
Check in is after 3 p.m. Check out is before 11 a.m.
Persons under the age of 25 years are not permitted to rent this property, (proof of age may be required).
No Smoking inside the home. This includes the odor of smoke. Be mindful of open doors or windows that would permit the smoke to enter the house. Pets are not allowed.
House linens are not to be taken from the home or used for cleaning. Some Beach towels and cleaning rags are provided
If cleaning the stove top, please use only the ceramic stove top cleaner that is provided.
If cleaning the bathtub, please do not use abrasives. A cleaner is provided (located next to toilet)
All rubbish, garbage and other waste (including cigarette butts), are to be disposed of in the outside receptacles, in a safe and clean manner.
No disturbances. Noise volume is to be kept low after dark. Activities contrary to any law, ordinance, fire department or insurance requirement are not permitted on the premises.
Events/Parties are not permitted. The home is for the enjoyment and use by the registered guests only.
Do not run AC or heat with windows or doors open. Maximum limits for the units are no lower than 74 for the AC and no higher than 72 for heat.
Fireplace may be used with Duraflame logs only. Please clean ashes before leaving.
Parking is in the driveway for cars & small trucks only. Please do not block the sidewalk. No trailers, large trucks/vans, U-Hauls, campers, RV's, etc. Parking limit is 2 vehicles.
All soiled dishes, used kitchen appliances and bbq grill (if used) must be cleaned.
Do not move furniture.
Cleaning fee is for a standard clean of the home. Extra time spent due to excessive messiness, the need to put the home back in original order, stain treatments of (or replacement of) linens will result in a cleaning or damage surcharge.
All the home's contents are inventoried at departure. Do not remove any items.
Rental of this Vacation Rental Property implies acceptance of the above rules. In the event of any excess damage of any kind to the property, excess cleaning costs, or excessive use of electricity, which exceed the security deposit, you will be held responsible for all additional costs. Owners or their designated representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy and / or damages or make repairs. Violation of any of these rules could result in immediate eviction from the property.
