Location, Location, Location! Park the car (FOR FREE) and leave it until you're ready to head back home. 'Where Breckenridge meets the mountain', is the motto of The Village at Breckenridge Resort. A true SKI-IN/SKI-OUT community. Our mountain view condo is situated in the heart of Breckenridge, with the rear of our building at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the front of our building only steps to Main Street where you can find all the shops and restaurants you desire.
The space
Wake up to a warm cup of coffee while taking in the views of our condo overlooking Peak 9 and unwind in the evening as the sun starts to set. Our unit offers everything you will need during your stay and we hope you'll feel right at home along with complimentary parking for 1 car. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools, gadgets and appliances you may need to cook up a delicious meal. The kitchen is comprised of a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a king size bed along with a sectional sofa with a pull-out queen bed, a 40" TV to unwind after a long day on the slopes, cable and WIFI. All towels and linens are also provided.
The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms: a private tub/shower, second room has two sinks and, a separate commode room. This allows multiple people to use the bathroom.
Please note, there is no air conditioning for the summer months. There is a box fan to put in the window. Nights get cool so if you crack a window or two it will cool down significantly in the unit.
With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find the Village at Breckenridge has it all! Rent skis in the building and ski school drop-off is right downstairs for the little ones.

Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including heated underground parking, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, movie room, and fitness room. The brand new indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, community game room are open after a 10 month and $5 million renovation. The fitness studio and community area are open from 6:00am to 10:00pm daily. The pool and hot tub area are open from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily. No reservations needed.
Christy Sports (in the Shavano building) is provides FREE short term ski/snowboard storage during your stay.

You will have free roam of the entire studio as nothing is locked/blocked off for the owners.
We live a just an hour away so we are available most of the time to help with directions, lockouts, maintenance, etc so please don't hesitate to reach out. We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area.
Parking/Transportation:
Many shuttle companies run frequently (rain, snow or shine) from DIA to Breckenridge. Most have free WiFi and drop guests off at the Village at Breckenridge.
Complimentary Daily Parking (if available): Please note parking is limited on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to get a spot reserved for you when you book but please note we cannot guarantee parking at the condo building. The sooner you can let us know if you will be needing parking the better.
Other overnight parking options are at the Airport Road Parking Lot and Ice Rink Lot, payment is made at the lot kiosk. Specific details on these options can be found at the "Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking" website.
