Off the Beachin' Path is a beautiful four bedroom home in the amazing neighborhood of NatureWalk INCLUDING 4-seat golf cart with new lithium battery, 4 Adult Bikes AND a 50-Amp EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). The main bathroom WAS JUST UPDATED with new tile for a spa-like feel!

With a playground, spa, zero-entry pool, kiddie pool, and heated lap pool, NatureWalk's amenities are unrivaled on 30-A.

The space
The second floor also includes an additional queen master suite with a full bathroom and walk-in shower, guest room with queen bed and guest room with 2 twin beds. An additional full and half-bath adjacent to the hallway. 2 sleeper sofas are also available for use.

This home also includes 4 adults bikes and 2 driveway parking spaces. Community overflow parking in parallel spaces.

Guest access
The home has a driveway in the rear which will fit 2 large vehicles. There is no parking on the streets in Naturewalk but there are many designated parking spaces along the side of the streets in the neighborhood which are available to all guests. Please remember NO trailers are allowed to stay in Naturewalk.

Other things to note
A 4-Seat Golf Cart is included in your stay. This golf cart is street legal and may be driven by a licensed driver on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or lower. You assume responsibility for all damages or injuries occurring as a result of its use. You also assume responsibility for all traffic and parking violations and fees associated with towing unless due to golf cart mechanical failure.

We now offer the use of our beach towels for those who do not wish to pack their own. The use policy for these towels is posted and simply requires that guests wash these towels and return them to the basket before checkout. Fees associated with not following this policy are posted.

We are less than a mile to the beach by bike (4 included). By car or golf cart it is about 2.5 miles because you have to use the normal roads, but it is an easy drive. There is parking at the two most convenient beach accesses and the town of Seaside offers free parking specifically for golf carts, making it a very convenient way to visit Seaside without worrying about finding or paying for parking. Our community is not for those who require walking distance to the beach but the amenities and low-key atmosphere are ideal for families and relaxing.

NatureWalk is nestled within a quiet natural sanctuary and only a short bike ride from the beach. With its idyllic central location in Santa Rosa Beach, NatureWalk residents enjoy the surrounding of life along 30A including nearby Seaside. Access to the Gathering Place, heated lap pool, zero entry pool, children's pool, playground, community grills and bar with ice machine, heated spa, fitness trail, pickleball, volleyball, and more. Walking paths and exercise stations may be found throughout the neighborhood.

We are less than a mile (0.9) from the beach (San Juan Ave access) via the Lily Beach Trail which is an easy bike ride. It is also a quick drive via car or included golf cart if you are taking lots of beach gear. Seaside is less than a 10 minute drive on the golf cart.
