Stunning view in every direction. Tucked in the back of a quiet neighborhood and nestled up against the Dixie National forest. Hiking, horseback riding. mountain biking, even rock climbing and repelling all from the back yard. This place is a heaven on earth.
The space
The apartment has two rooms and a mini kitchen. Sit back and relax in the living room with a smart TV and full mini kitchen. Full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and convection microwave/oven. The bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and large dresser. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a bench. The bathroom is connected to the closet that includes a washer and dryer.
Guest access
The apartment is attached to our main home but has plenty of places to enjoy the beauty around. Outside the entry door is a large pool with rock water slide, waterfall, climbing wall, and “cliff jumping”. The entire lower deck is welcome to guests. Outside the courtyard the space is endless. Hiking and biking trails are right out the back door. This is a farm with horses, dogs, cats, a donkey, and even a llama..
We have four 10’ kayaks available for your use. Quail Creek Reservoir is just 15 minutes and Sand Hallow Reservoir is 25 minutes. Both have beautiful warm water and are a delight to explore with kayaks. You must provide your own transportation for them.
The pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off season it can be heated upon request for $100/day.
During your stay
We are always home so if anything is needed we're here to help. While this apartment has it's own private entrance and parking, it is attached to our home. We have a variety of animals & kids. It will not be resort spa quiet.

***While this is listed as a “farm stay” it is actually a rural residential property with a variety of animals. If you are afraid or uncomfortable around animals this might not be the place for you. While all of our animals are family friendly they are still animals and have an inherent risk.****

Nestled in a private neighbor with 3-5 acre lots you have plenty of space to enjoy. Our property backs up to the Dixie National Forest with miles of trails. Down the road is the little neighborhood of Silver Reef an old silver mining town.
