Great location

Retreat to your own private, modern oasis with the best views in all of Tennessee. Perched on top a private 36-acre hilltop (the highest outside the Park!), Belltop offers unparalleled views of Wears Valley and the Smoky Mountains. With 360-degree views from floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop walkway, you won't miss a single sunset! Unplug and unwind as you sit in your private hot tub or curl up in front of the stunning, open-hearth, wood-burning fireplace. Perfect for families or friends.

The space
This custom-built, modern 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house sleeps up to 6 guests. A secluded, natural retreat -- perfect for couples, families, reunions, or small groups of friends. Perched atop a private 36-acre hill, the house offers spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains and the valley, both indoors and outdoors.

Guests will take the private driveway to the top of the hill. Please note, the driveway is gravel, windy, and reasonably steep -- so anxious or new drivers may not be comfortable -- and, in the winter, guests should plan to arrive in 4-wheel or all-wheel drive automobiles. As you pull up to the house, you'll catch a glimpse of the beautiful views the house offers.

Step inside the front door into the modern, open-concept living room. Anchored by a beautiful, open-hearth fireplace and framed by panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room offers plenty of room to relax, unwind, and catch up with friends. It is complete with a piano, record player, library, and a selection of games for guests to enjoy. The living room opens up to the dining area and the kitchen. You'll find stunning views from all three areas. The exterior walls of the room are all glass, and there are several doors to the patio and yard for easy indoor-outdoor living. An outdoor grill and dining table are perfect when the weather is nice. Behind the kitchen is a small laundry room, which guests are welcome to use, and there is also a half bath off the living room.

Want to see the best views? Take the spiral stairwell next to the front door to the observation deck. Step outside at the top, and take in the best views in Tennessee! With unblocked, 360-degree views, you can see the whole area. Because the stairs are long and there are open areas on the observation deck (see photos), guests with mobility issues and young children should skip the observation deck. Don't worry -- the views at main level are incredible too!

Step off the living room or walk down the hall to access the master suite. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a custom king-sized bed, expansive closet space, and a spacious bathroom, the master suite is a perfect retreat. The master suite offers the best access to the hot tub, which is neatly tucked away on the private patio.

Beyond the master suite, guests enter the second half of the house, which is home to three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a play/lounge loft. A small bedroom at the front, with a twin-sized daybed, is a great option for a younger guest. At the back, there are two additional king-sized bedrooms, each with a private patio. They share a full bath, which has a separate bathing room, so multiple guests can use the facilities at the same time. In the hallway between the bedrooms, there is a metal staircase (see photos -- not ideal for bad knees or toddlers), which leads to a secluded loft space -- perfect for teens, it offers a variety of games, a television, and a sleeper sofa.

We aim to deliver the most comfortable stay possible. All of our beds are equipped with new memory foam mattresses, which promise wonderful nights' sleep.
