This canal front home has a heated pool, private dock capable of hosting a 25-foot boat, barbecue grill, patio space, screened lanai. The 4-bedroom, 2-bath, offers a well-appointed interior. Visit Cayo Costa beaches via the daily ferry. Rent a boat at one of the nearby marinas, or hit the links at the nearby golf course!" Everything you need is on Pine Island. On Pine Island there are no stop lights, few corporate owned stores and a plethora of mom and pop shops and restaurants.

Secluded single family home in the Serenity cove subdivision of Bokeelia. This pool home has a hot tub connected to the pool and is completely enclosed with screening. The open floor plan offers many comfortable lounging and entertaining options inside and out. Primary bedroom has a full bathroom with large walk in shower.

Other things to note
You will need a car to get around as there is no public transportation on the Island. There is a Win Dixie 5 minutes away and the beaches of Ft. Myers are about 45 minutes away. Matlacha has small shops and good restaurants. Great place to walk through a quaint water community. There is a bike path that runs the length of the island and there are three bikes at the property. You can rent an electric bike at the bike shop about 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are boats for rent in St. James at the south end of the island. There is a ferry that makes daily trips to Cayo Costa State park that is a boat access only island. Beautiful beach combing. There is 1 golf course on the island as well.
