Beautiful home with four bedrooms 2 living spaces located in the city, but with a feeling of being out in the country. Kitchen granite countertop with a gas cooktop, double oven fully stocked to prepare family ,BACHELORETTE destination, friends or company’s meals. You will find a formal 8 sitting dinning table area expanding into the open living space with a unique fireplace and large windows looking out into the covered patio with an inviting green back yard. You will also find a light-filled breakfast area, perfect for eating or as many needed space for studying or working area. Downstairs you will also find the tranquil master suite with a double door window that leads you to a front porch, and a double vanity bath that has a lovely soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Extra full bath downstairs. Upstairs you will find 3 comfy bedrooms with a secondary full bath . A second living space/game room that has a marvelous view of the back yard and downstairs of the living space . This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, dish washer, coffee pot, microwave, cooking ware, plates, cups, wine glasses and utensils to cook a delicious meal. We provide towels to shower and wash cloths as well. Our home provides Spectrum internet that connects to smart TVs to watch streaming services with ease. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

-Check-in is 3pm (ask for early check in a fee can apply)
-Check-out is 11am (ask for late check out fee can apply)
-You can check-in any time after 3pm and as Late as you Want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm.
-No Late Check-out if we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.
-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
-The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
-In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options.

If something major breaks as AC please consider 24-48 hrs to get a technician to fix it . We always aim to get things fixed immediately before 24 hrs, but since pandemic their has been a shortage of staff .
