Ideal accommodation for those who prefer an authentic place, love to explore and feel free in nature, while staying a few kilometers from all the tourist points of the province.
Getting to us is an experience. Leaving the SS113, you travel along a dirt road for 800m, through olive groves and vineyards of small farms. Slowly you go up and you get glimpses of the sea on one side and the temple of Segesta on the other.
The road is poorly maintained and difficult in some places, but yes, it will be worth it!
The space
The little house stands on the hill among beautiful olive trees and a very tall, centuries-old maritime pine. Implanted on the slope of the hill, it is divided into a series of terraces on different levels. The small house , recently remodeled, offers ample open spaces designed to take advantage of the different views and exhibitions of the place.
On the south side, a terrace equipped with a kitchen faces west with a beautiful view of the hills that are home to the ancient temple and amphitheater of Segesta, all the way to the Zingaro mountains, behind which the sun hides.
To take advantage of this view to the bottom, we have made two terraces that house a bbq area and a small panoramic pool (3x3m)
Another covered terrace overlooks the valley that separates us from the beautiful Mount Inici and allows us to imagine the sea beyond the hill.
Internally, the little house is a single space, in addition to the small bathroom, developed on different levels that limit the sleeping area since that day.
The windows are square. The view will not stop surprising you, open on four sides, allows the light to invade the environment and the air to circulate, making even the warmest days of the year cool.
The house has a sleeping area equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a small living room with a kitchenette, ideal for colder days when it's not convenient to use the terrace with the outdoor kitchen.
The couch is a third bed for a child.
We leave the necessary necessary for guests who stay for short periods to prepare a breakfast: coffee, tea, jam, salt, sugar..
We are in the middle of the countryside, so of course we are not connected to the public water supply, and therefore we cannot guarantee drinking water. We always leave mineral water for our guests' arrival.
In the house there is a heat pump suitable for heating the house in the colder months and cooling it in the warmer ones.
