Giving you the coziest coastal space to call your home. Our bright, newly renovated cottage is located in the center of San Diego in the Talmadge neighborhood. We are steps away from Kensington, City Heights, and a quick drive from popular spots like North Park, Normal Heights, Ocean Beach, and Pacific Beach. Our location in Mid-City means that you can be in the heart of it all, while also enjoying a quiet and serene getaway. We cannot wait to host you!

The space
The living area:
This furniture in this studio is scaled perfectly to feel like you are in a large space. Enjoy a comfortable living area with a sofa bed that easily folds down into a full-sized bed. The 50" smart TV has access to Netflix and Hulu and is set up for you to log into your other streaming accounts. It's the perfect place to cozy up and enjoy a new series.

The sleeping area:
We have dressed the bedroom with comfortable linens on a Casper mattress. You won't want to leave. The ceiling fan overhead offers a beautiful breeze as you sleep or lounge, and there are end tables to hold all of your favorite things.

The kitchen:
Our kitchen includes a microwave, french press, electric stovetop with cookware and utensils, and refrigerator/freezer. It has been recently renovated to include a large eating space for two. This area can easily be converted into your workspace with outlets nearby.

The bathroom:
Enjoy a rain head shower tub combo in the newly updated bathroom.

Other things to note:
The back unit is equipped with high-speed internet, so if you need to work from home, the connection should be stellar. There is a heating unit for you to enjoy in the cool months to keep this spot nice and toasty.

Because we are located in the mid-city area, this unit is just 8 miles to the airport, making it a quick 15-minute drive. You can also hop on the local bus at the stop 1/4 mile away. In minutes, you can be in North Park, Gaslamp Quarter, University Heights, Old Town, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, or any of the amazing beaches. Kensington is a short 15 to 20-minute walk away.

This home is not suitable for parties.

The City Heights/Talmadge neighborhood is an incredible place to visit because of its proximity to all that San Diego has to offer. Within a block of our home is Mexican food, coffee shops, Vietnamese food, pizza, and so much more. We are also within walking distance to Kensington's Adams Avenue where you can enjoy a night out! You can also hop on a bike route or grab a rideshare to get to the town's most popular destinations.
