The space
The space has everything you need for a short get away to Music City or for those who are planning a longer stay. The guesthouse is completely private and has its own parking pad (1 vehicle). Keyless entry makes access a breeze. The space is styled as an open floor plan and has a fully functioning kitchen (all accessories included), washer /dryer, dining table for eating or working, and a huge bathroom with walk in shower and bench. Enjoy sleep in the queen bed or full sized sofa bed. The space is fully stocked to include extra pillows, blankets, linen, and an air mattress (perfect for kids). WiFi and TV included.

Situated between the greater East Nashville and Germantown neighborhoods, Cleveland Park is a historic neighborhood home to an eclectic and diverse mix of longtime residents, young families, singer songwriters, and young professionals.

It is a vibrant and busy area and comes with all the many noises of living in the city. We have happily lived here since 2018, and although it is still a transition neighborhood, our neighbors are amazing! As a good rule of thumb, be mindful of your surroundings at night and and do not leave anything valuable in your cars - don’t forget to lock!!

We kindly ask that you observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am as a courtesy to our neighbors.
