Luxurious studio apartment located in the absolute center of downtown Faro. In this brand new apartment, guests will be able to experience high end materials and furnishings, bright and ample areas, absolute privacy, a picturesque furnished balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and bar area, and the convenience of being steps away from the marina, bars, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and all transportation options, making this one of the most coveted apartments in Faro.

The space
No expenses were spared in the making of this studio, with the most luxurious materials and furnishings having been used. Guests will be able to enjoy full privacy in the studio as it has blackout blinds throughout. Boasting ample areas, the studio features a full bathroom with a large rainfall shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island/breakfast bar area that also features a cooktop and Art Deco high stools and extractor fan as well as a piano white extendable dining table that can seat up to four guests, and a fully equipped lounge/sleeping area that comes with a large LCD smart TV, which makes it possible for guests to access their Netflix and other streaming service accounts. In the lounge and sleeping area of the studio, there is a queen sized bed and a sofa bed which converts into another queen sized bed, and can be left made at guests' request. The bed is made of lacquered piano white veneer hardwood and comes equipped with sheets of Egyptian cotton, also used on the sofa beds. There is also a full closet with lots of storage. The studio also features a very picturesque furnished terrace overlooking the downtown main street.
