we would like to find a long-term, trustworthy renter

The space
prefer a long term renter. 2800 ft home, very nicely furnished, in a very quiet area. fully equipped kitchen is available but you must clean up after yourself. A maximum of two guests would be in the home at any one time. in the evenings someone would be available in the home for any daily needs you may have.

The whole house is shared space with whomever else might be renting the living spaces, two friendly dogs to keep you company

Other things to note
two dogs in the home, they are very quiet and very well behaved.. the dogs will bark when they first meet you...until they become comfortable with you.
