Nestled against Joshua Tree National Park's mountainside, this one-of-a-kind retreat offers resort-style living under some of Southern California's darkest, most spectacular night skies. Swim beneath the stars, unwind in the spa, and wake to breathtaking desert views. Once you experience an evening here, you'll understand why so many guests say it's the highlight of their Joshua Tree vaction. Ideal for 6 people over 25 yrs old get away from fast paced living.

The space
Our home is made out of lava rocks, with the border of Joshua Tree National Park as your backyard, and panoramic views of the city from the front yard. The house has a large open entertainment-friendly layout downstairs with expansive windows to take in the views from all directions and two large bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms. The house sits high on a mountain side with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet.

Guest access
The entire house plus five private acres of land is yours to enjoy and explore! You could also walk or drive to the trailhead of 49 Palms Oasis, just under a mile away.

Other things to note
Steep gated driveway. Young kids or elderly may find the driveway difficult to walk. We have the newest Starlink satellite internet. Due to the location of the house WiFi may not be as fast as hardwired internet but is suitable for remote work. The pool is not heated except by the natural sunlight. We limit the towels provided to one set of towels per guest.
