A house of 30 m2 with kitchen and WC/bath and one of 15 m2 is tied together by a large wooden deck. Everything is elevated above the ground on high poles. Huge book trees rise around. This place is for those who love peace, trees, bird whispers and caring architecture. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and comfort of a small but comfortable living area. A completely quiet place for yoga, contemplation, stargazing and fire in the fireplace. Hike over nearby Brösarp hills. Neighbors exist, but there is no transparency.

The space
The house was designed by me, Karin Hvid Rydell. I am an architect and have worked with drawing houses for many years, especially holiday homes. This is the sum of all my thoughts over the years; a holiday home that gives the peace and closeness to nature that we city people need. A respite. A small but comfortable and very cozy dwelling. The main house is 30 m2 with sleeping area (140 bed), kitchen, dining area, wc, entrance hall and sleeping loft (140 bed). The smaller house is of 15 m2 with a 120 bed. Note: The smaller house is not available from November 1 - June 1 due to heating. The houses are separated by a narrow intermediate passage. Thetoilet located in the main house can also be accessed via a door from the outside. All around the houses you can sit on the deck in all different directions.

The house is located in an old summer house area, but you will not notice the other houses because the forest plot is so grown up and the large beech trees are 25 meters high. The plot borders a forest area on one side.
You come to the house along a winding little gravel road. The Skåne trail can be reached on foot. Magically beautiful to walk on Brösarps Norra Hills. Just follow Myrestadvägen to the right from Bokvägen. Take in towards Trollebo and after about 1 km you will see orange marking Skåneleden in to the left. Follow the mark. You come to a small area with porous streams first. Then through the woods out on the slopes. The Blue Wing trail is nice and leads to Drakamölland Farm Hotel.
Brösarp is 3 km away with Gästis and Ica and bakers; Café Smulan with the world's best cookies.

Shopping is done in Brösarp on Ica or at Lillehems utegrisar ( here you can walk) tel 070/8352427 ( call before and you will get a code for the door). Here are vegetables, milk, yoghurt, meat, soft drinks, candy - almost everything even lambskin:)

The nearest beach is Juleboda or Haväng. From Haväng there are nice hiking trails.
