The space
Sleep tight in our lovely studio apartment, spacious enough for two, and it’s perfect for snuggling in for a restful stay. Relax whilst watching the television on the queen bed made up of hotel-quality linen. Or step out onto the spacious balcony to free your mind whilst taking in the sights and sounds of Dubai Marina, which comes with a comfy sitting area! On top of that, it also comes with a high-speed internet connection, just in case you need to get some work done, which you can do on the desk space. The room is fully air-conditioned.

There is also a fully-equipped kitchen that is complete with mod-cons like an oven, microwave, stove, fridge freezer, kettle, and a toaster. Not to forget, you can keep your belongings in the wardrobe and your valuables in the safe. A washing machine is also provided! The bathroom comes with a bathtub with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Our apartment comes with free parking, free wifi, and access to a shared swimming pool and gym.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, less than 20 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home.

The Dubai Marina walk, less than half an hour walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.
