We had a great time at Alessandra’s place in Rufina. The pictures are true to form, the view is amazing, and the dinner she makes is great (know that it does cost 25€/person not including wine). The communication was good, but the WiFi wasn’t that great during our stay. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in wine country. Thanks again for a great time!

I am very happy with your review! Thank you I would like to point out that not always the cost of the dinner is the same depending on the menu I propose or possibly from the requests of the guests, however the wine is always excluded. However, Euro 25.00 is the base price All of our dinners include appetizers- first dish of pasta-second meat dish and vegetables and desserts. I know the wi-fi problem, but it does not depend on me but from the line we have in the countryside.... I hope they will fix the problem !!

My husband and I were in Italy (Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, and Rome) to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, and Alessandra's place was our favorite place of the entire trip. The place is exactly as described, and Alessandra was an amazing host. The Azienda is so beautiful, with its vineyard and olive fields, with amazing views around it. Alessandra cooked for us one of the nights of our stay, and it was the best food we had in Italy. And of course, Willie the dog was the cutest. Great place, amazing food, great wine, and a great host! 100% recommended.

Alessandra's place is amazing! It is the most charming farmhouse in the beautiful Tuscan Countryside. If Alessandra offers to cook for you, do not turn her down! This was once of the best meals I had ever had and made for such a special experience on our trip. It costs a bit extra but it was worth every penny. Also, try the wine that they make in site. It was so good that we needed up buying some and having it shipped to us. Alessandra had great suggestions on where to go in Rufina to see the beautiful area and also gave us a bunch of suggestions for things to see in Florence, which was super helpful. Alessandra's dog, Willie, is the happiest puppy I have seen so if you like animals you will enjoy playing with this adorable guy. We love our time at Alessandra's place. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

The room was quite spacious, however the shower was a bit tiny. The pool was delightful to relax and cool off in after driving around to take in the scenery. We're also dog lovers and so enjoyed being greeted by sweet Willie!

The renovation of the house that dates back to 1700 did not make us to do, in some rooms, very large bathrooms, but we still gave each room a private bathroom with all the necessities and did not change the authenticity of the place

This place is a gem. The pool is relaxing and refreshing. Great access to small Tuscan villages. If you stay you should definitely try to have dinner at the b&b. Alessandra prepares incredible food and the wine and oil made on site is delicious. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Alessandra's place is perfect for a relaxing country getaway. A quick train ride from Florence, our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds, which we were encouraged to explore, are truly stunning--grape vines, olive trees, and rolling hills that stretch as far as the eye can see. We even snacked on fresh figs we found growing along the way!the dinner she prepared for us was delicious-- definitely request this if you choose to stay! Another perk: Alessandra's adorable puppy Willie will gladly play fetch with you if you indicate that you're into that kind of thing :) Alessandra was kind enough to pick us up from the train station when we arrived, which was especially helpful because there are basically no cabs in the area- it's very quiet! The house is a 10 minute walk from the station-- a bit tricky if you have lots of luggage, but definitely doable, and well wort the trip.

Wow!!! Amazing villa, lovely location, and Alessandra was the perfect host. She is there us you need her, she was so helpful and her cooking was the best we had in Italy. Make sure you request a dinner. It's extra but worth every penny. We met a lovely Swedish couple over dinner the first night, such an intimate and sweet setting for a meal. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Hello, I’m Alessandra, mother of two children and wife of Renzo

Born in Florence, I’ve chosen the country life and I really fell in love with the colour of the Tuscan hills, the sound of the nature and the smell of the products cultivated in our vegetable garden. We converted our farmhouse in agritourism in the 2004: our project was to create a place where people can relax and enjoy the quiet, a place where they can taste a glass of local wine, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

I live in the house next to the agritourim, so you’ll find me always there, ready to share with you my corner of Tuscany!
