Fully air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Ideal location for experiencing Belize in a relaxing, secluded private setting just 15 minutes outside of San Ignacio town. You get exclusive use of the entire house for the duration of your stay. Ideal for up to 4 adult guests.

The house is fully air-conditioned with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full bath and walk-in closet. Ideal for 4 people. We provide all essentials, including toiletries, bath tissue, towels, linens, etc. We provide plenty of extra towels if you plan to take a dip in the river, which is just outside your doorstep.

While enjoying the pristine Mopan River just outside your doorstep, take advantage of our picnic area and throw some hamburgers on the grill, or even bake some pizza in our outdoor brick oven!

We also have a washer and dryer available for you to do your laundry. We also provide laundry detergent at no extra charge.

Guest access
You have full access to the entire property. You are welcomed to indulge in any of the fruit trees which are bearing fruit while you are visiting. We have a swing set available for the kids, and an outdoor picnic area which you are free to use anytime. We also have inflatable river tubes that you are welcomed to use if you plan on cooling off in the river.

Free High-speed internet is available. We've recently installed Internet and TV service through a new provider. You can watch live television or watch movies on demand. Perfect for winding down after a long day taking in the many sites and attractions in the Cayo district.

Although we are only a few miles from downtown San Ignacio town, driving time could be up to 20 minutes depending on road and weather conditions. Please note that we are NOT in San Ignacio town proper, and not within walking distance. A portion of the road is unpaved, which increases driving time a bit.

We are in the rural area outside of San Ignacio town. The drive does not take more than around 15 minutes from downtown, but it can feel a bit farther.

Please review the location carefully on the map to see the proximity from town. If close proximity to San Ignacio town proper is important, this may not be the place for you unless you have a rental car. If you want a private and relaxing area with most of the comforts of home, but still be close enough to get to town quickly, this is the perfect place for you.

We are a retired couple from San Ignacio Town here in Belize. We developed the property as a family retreat over the years and named it after our first granddaughter, Aliana. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our kids and grandkids. We also enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and sharing our small slice of paradise with them.
