The apartment is very nice and as described. It is close to transport and the area has many restaurants and supermarkets. Marc and Priscille his wife are very friendly and arranged everything very well.
We've just returned from four nights at Marc and Priscille's flat over New Year. The flat is beautiful - very stylish as well as being well equipped. There were five of us (two couples plus one) and there was plenty of space and a lovely dining table for a French feast!
The area is perfect to explore (with Monoprix, boulangerie, butchers and everything you might need just around the corner) and easily accessible via the Metro close-by to Gare Du Nord for Eurostar and central Paris to sightsee/shop.
Marc and his wife Priscille were very helpful and super-speedy to respond to any questions - all in all a great stay and highly recommended!
The apartment of Marc and Priscille was a very clean and comfortable one, in a nice neighbourhood in the north of Paris. You have to climb 5 stairs but you forget that soon when you' re inside. The livingroom makes you feel at home after a day in Paris. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the bathroom.
We spent a great week in Paris and at the apartment. By metro you can reach all the sights of Paris in reasonable time. Also the neighbourhood is worth one or more walks. It is a short walk to the Sacre Coeur!
we really enjoyed our stay in Paris very much. Everything was just marvelous. Very friendly, dedicated and supportive hosts and a perfect location in Momtmarte: Not just Paris but paradise on earth. Thank you so much Priscille and Marc.

We loved this apartment in a cute neighborhood in Paris. It was just the right size for 2 couples. There are a lot of stairs to walk up in the building, but think of all the pain au chocolates you are walking off! We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again the next time we visit Paris.
