Non-smoking, quiet and spacious studio apartment with great views of the Bratislava castle and the surrounding area. The apartment is located in the Slavin district, 10 minutes away from the city center by car (30 minutes on foot). It has an area of 51 square meters and is newly built and fully furnished including a new air-conditioning unit, a 4K TV, and unlimited fiber-optic internet. Includes a parking space in a shared double garage right next to the apartment.

The space
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a vestibule, an entrance hall with access to the living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a new air conditioning unit with heating capabilities, 4K Smart TV with many channels and unlimited 5G fiber-optic internet. The apartment has a new queen bed (mattress size is 160x200cm), a two-seater sofa, an office table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, respectively. The apartment also includes a combined smoke and carbon monoxide detector (Nest Protect).
