The Courtyard Apartment is close to the city centre and full of character and charm, with a private entrance hall, en-suite and well-equipped kitchen area. The highlight is the private courtyard with hot tub, electric awning and both outdoor and covered seating areas, a rare find so close to the city centre and the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Chester.

The space
The Apartment compromises of a spacious open plan living area/bedroom with Smart TV equipped with Netflix. This has a comfortable seating area, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of draws. There is a modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine etc. Everything you'll need for self catering stay. There is an en-suite shower room with towels and toiletries provided.

Outside, The Courtyard Apartment offers reserved off road parking. The apartment's courtyard is a beautiful area to relax with a private hot tub and plenty of seating both covered and outdoor. There is an electric awning that covers the hot tub which ensures it can be used even in the rain.

Guest access
The apartment is a short walk across the Grosvenor Bridge to Chester Racecourse and a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town or down to the river. It is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions of Chester and North Wales. There is off road private parking and guests have their own very private courtyard with seating and private hot tub.
