This home is perfect for larger groups or multiple families vacationing together. You are walking distance (<1 mile) from Starbucks, Chipotle, Pink Jeep Tours and the touristy uptown area. Hot tub and pool heating are included in costs.

We have carefully curated our home with modern furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Jonathan Adler, West Elm, CB2. There is trailhead access in the neighborhood or simply walk down to the touristy stretch know as Uptown to explore Sedona's shops and restaurants. Want to stay in? We have you covered. Have a soak in the hot tub or pool while the grill gets hot and dine at home. No need to fight Sedona traffic, just catch a beautiful red rock sunset from our large upstairs patio.
Traveling with children? No problem, we have kid items available to your group (scroll down for comprehensive list).

THE SPACE:
3347 sq ft home. Front entrance is on the bottom floor. Main living space is on top floor.
BED 1 (master): Upstairs. King bed, cedar walk-in closet, 2 seating areas, tv. Bathroom has a double vanity sink, toilet and a large wet room (shower and soaking tub).
BED 2: Upstairs. Queen bed, tv, closet rack. Access to outdoor patio. Attached backroom has a daybed with trundle below. Back room has games, toys, tv. Note*** Must walk through bed 2 to get to back bedroom. Good for guests with children or people who don't mind sharing a space together. Bathroom also serves as restroom for common spaces. Shower, toilet, single vanity sink.
Bed 3: Downstairs. King bed, bench, walk-in closet, record player with blue tooth speakers, tv. Bathroom has double vanity sink, glass-walled shower, toilet.
Bed 4: Downstairs. 2 Queen beds, wardrobe closets, tv, 2 Sonos bluetooth speaker/lamps. Note***** there are no windows in the bedroom (perfect for sleepers that need complete darkness at night). Attached bath (has multiple windows), large double shower head faucets plus a hand-held with bench, single vanity, toilet.
KITCHEN: Upstairs. All new everything. 5 range gas cooking top oven, fridge/freezer. Convection microwave and wireless printer located in the pantry. Kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for 12. Full-sized Ninja blender with attached food processor and smoothie maker. Kitchen Aid mixer is located in cabinet next to barstools and sliding glass door. Standard 12 person drip coffee maker and french press are available with basic creamers/Stevia/Splenda/turbinado sugar.
DINING: Upstairs. Comfortably seats 10 people. Bench can add 2 more to the table. There are also 2 barstools in the kitchen and a kids table for 2.
LIVING ROOM: Large L-shaped sectional can fit the whole crowd. Wall mounted flat screen tv. Log into your favorite app (Netflix, Apple TV, Disney Plus). Live tv is found on Sling App. Surround sound is available through the Sonos app. Living room opens up to large patio space that is perfect for watching sunsets/wildlife/stars. Patio has 2 chaise lounges and L-shaped sectional seating for 6.
FRONT PATIO: Upstairs. Located off the living room. Giant patio offers stunning rock view. Full, L-shaped cushioned patio furniture set will accommodate large groups. In addition, there are 2 chaise lounges also on the patio to help you stargaze at night.
BACK PATIO: Upstairs. Accessed from the kitchen/dining room. Dine outside (seating for 7) at the glass top table. Additional seating for 4 is at the bar. Large gas grill has spit attachment, cold storage space, separate heating element for finishing meats (1200 degrees). Hot tub is next to outdoor dining space. Comfortably seats 4-6. Hot tub HEATING IS INCLUDED in your stay.
POOL: Downstairs. Note**** Pool is located in a separate gated area off of the garage. You can access the pool off the front door (downstairs) or down the stairs outside the kitchen. POOL IS HEATED to 86-88 degrees when weather is favorable (typically March-Sept). The pool is uncovered and open year round, however, the pool may be cooler in the off-season (Oct-Feb).... truly depends on the weather. POOL HEATING IS INCLUDED in your stay.

Late check out or additional guests will incur extra fees.

No large social gatherings please
Trash: every Monday (staff will take can out and bring back up driveway). Recycling is co-mingled with the trash.

*** You may see all sorts of wildlife in the neighborhood. This may include bunnies, deer, coyotes, javalinas, hawks and such, as well as the less favorable desert tarantulas, reptiles and scorpions. These animals are all local to Sedona. Nothing to worry about, just be sure to shake out your shoes and not leave doors open.

There is plenty of parking at Vesper House. Standard driveway can fit a minimum of 3 vehicles. There is a gravel driveway on the other side of the house as well. Whole Foods is a mile away, trailhead access 1 mile, shops/restaurants 1 mile.

Please note there are stairs in this property (about 10-12) and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
