House rules
This place isn’t suitable for infants (0–2 yrs) and the host doesn’t allow parties or smoking.
Ultra-eclectic bunkhouse inspired by Hollywood’s depiction of the Wild-West! Authentic decor abound in the space, from the framed B movie posters to antique whisky jugs and local art to the original travel maps and promotions that bought adventure-seekers to the West on Route 66 during the golden years of America travel - one could spend the day just enjoying all there is to look at in this fun space but we guarantee the town is even better!!

The space
Built right off the Good Enough Silver mine (with the old mine shaft in the backyard to prove it), you'll be within walking distance of some of the best attractions this National Historic Landmark has to offer. We invite you to slow down on our property, pause to breathe in the fresh air, appreciate sweeping mountain views, the desert foliage, amazing star filled skies and nightly wildlife encounters.

We strive for comfort and authenticity inside our bunkhouse - premium linens, local soaps, candles, and room sprays - get swept away in all the details and decor this small but inviting space has to offer

Tombstone is known for its amazing year-round climate, even in summer months - you will enjoy the breeze coming through the open windows, the sound of birds in the morning and coyotes at night.

Our home is fully-furnished with almost anything you will need for a comfortable stay including extra linens and towels, coffee maker, a fully-equipped kitchen and more - we go the extra mile because we live here and your comfort is just as important as ours!

Guest access
Guests have full roam of the house, laundry room, side yard and porch. The side yard is furnished with a patio set that is shared with other guests or us when we are home:)

Other things to note
If you are traveling with your pet, we welcome them!

Because of the extreme lengths we take to clean and sanitize all surfaces, especially soft surfaces within the house following a pet stay, a one-time $30 fee for pets will be requested via the resolution at booking.

Pets must be crated (we have a crate for you to use for small/medium pets, upon request) when you are away from the house and kept off of furniture during your stay. If there is a pet mess (urine, poo, or an excessive amount of fur on furniture) photos will be taken and sent to you and Airbnb and a $100 fee will be requested.

We live on the edge of Tombstone's historic district on a row of old miner's cabins and adobes. To the west is Tombstone grocery (now a private family residence) and on the east stands the old adobe once owned and loved by famous western painter Margret Reid. The current owner is named A.J., a longstanding Tombstone resident who may offer to give tours of this old adobe and tell you stories of the famous painter.

Within walking distance is all that Tombstone has to offer including the OK Corral, the Bird Cage Theatre, a number of restaurants, saloons and shops. My favorite saloon is Four Deuces; if Eileen is working tell her I sent you! Your next gunfight, theatrical reenactment or social libation is just a casual walk away from making your stay.
