Large room in the sunny Mission

Apartment - Private room · Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States

The mission is well known as a culturally diverse are of San Francisco, with an uncharacteristically warm and sunny microclimate. I've been living here for 2 years now and can say that this location is ideal: quiet but close to plenty of interesting things

The Space

My room is a nice, quiet nook with a super-comfy bed. It is my sanctuary in the midst of this crazy awesome city, which I rent out while I'm out of town.

Guest Access

Wifi, a shared bathroom, combined washer/dryer, and a decent amount of closet space.

Interaction with Guests

I'm usually out of town when I rent my apartment, but my amazing roommates will be around to give you a hand... and you can always message me!

The Neighborhood

The culture! The mission is the most uniquely interesting district of SF. Plus, it is flat and warm, so everything is in walking distance.

Getting around

Transit in SF is pretty easy for an American city. The muni covers the city, and there are 2 BART stations in walking distance.

I'm a computer programmer who moved to San Francisco to be at the heart of the tech scene. Travel has been a huge part of my life, and I've had the opportunity to live in many different countries. I've studied many foreign languages and can passably communicate in each of them, though some I am more rusty with than others. These days, I list my apartment in SF when I'm out of town, and use AirBnB to find places to stay wherever I'm visiting.
