Our apartment is located in the center of Manhattan Midtown near Herald Square at the corner of 31st street & Broadway. Walking distance to everything, major subway lines & Penn Stations just steps away. Fully furnished apartment with your own Kitchen/Bathroom with 24-hour doorman/elevator/laundry room. We are located inside the beautiful historic national landmark building designed by Architect Henry Engelbert in the Second Empire style!

Our building offers luggage storage for $7 per bag per day (cash only). Simply pay the security before, and they will store your luggage.

ADDITIONAL COMMUNAL BATHROOM/SHOWER
If you are traveling with a group of family members or friends and need an extra bathroom, there is a communal bathroom with a shower on each floor of our building so feel free to use it.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private bathroom, kitchenette, and all amenities. Washer and dryer are available in the building at extra cost.
The laundry room is located on the main (ground) floor at the back of the building.
A laundry card is provided free of charge for all guests staying in our 31st Street units only. The card is kept behind the room door. You may use it during your stay and simply return it to the same place before check-out.
You only need to add credit to the card in order to use the washers and dryers.

Other things to note
- Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC.

- This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868!

- Sleeps max 4 guests but ideally 2-3 guests will feel most comfortable.

- This apartment window is facing to the street side, there is a street noise as a typical New York accommodation. We do provide complimentary ear plugs.

- We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked.

Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.

Early check-in (subject to availability): Free 2–4 PM; $30 (12–2 PM), $50 (10 AM–12 PM), $70 (8–10 AM), $90 (6–8 AM). Before 6 AM may require booking the previous night.
