Cozy sanctuary perched above the beautiful Animas Valley, 4 miles from historic downtown Durango, 20 mins from Purgatory. Walking distance to a trolley stop with convenient stops throughout town. Nestled among beautiful trees and native shrubs, with stunning views of the Animas valley and its red cliffs. Access to private trails right out the back door. A perfect place to come home to after a day of adventure or simply relax on the sunny, private and quiet back flagstone patio.  

The space
Accessed via a private driveway with no traffic, two car parking area, and private entrance. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Option for air mattress. Features a hot tub, BBQ grill, kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, toaster convention oven, counter top two burner stove, coffee maker  and dishes, indoor gas fireplace, optional ping pong table, beautiful landscaping and private secure storage shed available to guests for bikes, skis, etc.

Extremely clean. Linens and Towels provided. No smoking or pets.
