Experience the taste of Tuscany in this 3 bedroom+ 3.5 bath peaceful oasis on 4.5 acres in stunning Oregon wind country, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, a creek, koi pond, farmlands and old growth trees!

Equipped with two HEPA air filtration systems, this home is a clean and safe space to relax! Enjoy regal pillars and hand scraped (heated) hardwoods, grand stone fireplace, wrought iron balconies & floor to ceiling windows - Every corner was lovingly crafted!

The space
Positioned on a steep hillside that slopes dramatically into a lazy creek and greenspace, this house and (private) detached garage sits on 4.5 acres.

The house has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. There is also a half bath directly off of the kitchen, next to the large laundry room.

-The kitchen - overlooking the Koi pond and beautiful backyard - features double ovens, granite counter tops, and a huge eating/serving bar. It is additionally equipped with a drip-coffee maker, mixer, toaster, kettle, misc cooking & bakingware, common spices, salt/pepper/olive oil, coffee, sugar, creamer.

-The Master bedroom is on the main floor, directly off the living room. It has a 4-post California King bed, a huge walk-in closet and en-suite including a Jacuzzi tub overlooking a private garden patio.

-Partway up the grand curving staircase is a beautiful office space, surrounded by glass on two sides. It has floor to ceiling (approx. 15') windows, glass entry from staircase and a balcony facing front driveway. It is equipped with a desk, TV and gas fireplace.

-Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and their own full bathrooms. One bedroom has a private balcony and large walk-in closet.

-In between the 2 bedrooms is a large game room including a kitchenette (w/Keurig+coffee, microwave, mini-fridge & sink), pool table and balcony overlooking the expansive backyard.

-There are also 2 xtra-wide (46"Wx75"L) twin size roll-away beds available.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no dedicated private space available for these 2 additional beds. They would need to be set up in the game room by repositioning some furnishings as needed to make room.

Guest access
You will have the whole house and property to yourself! Access is through the 3-car garage. You are welcome to park your vehicle's inside during your stay!

The detached garage/shop next to the house is not open to the public and remains locked at all times.

Other things to note
-Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine

-Pets are strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine

-Small family, friend & work gatherings are welcome but if there are indications of a celebration, party or event that was not cleared with the host in detail PRIOR TO BOOKING and the house is left excessively disheveled it will result in a $700 fine.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking for any gathering is very limited. The road leading to the house is narrow, single lane and ends in the neighbor's driveway. There is no street parking nearby and the driveway holds approx. 6-7 cars while allowing room for emergency vehicles in if necessary. The 3-car garage can hold an additional 3 cars.

-This property is located in a semi-remote countryside surrounded by old growth trees and all of the welcome and unwelcome creatures of this beautiful part of the Earth. Although we do our best to keep pests at bay, they are unavoidable eventually and simply a part of the experience of choosing this property.

From the host

You will pass through the tiny unincorporated town of Scholls on your way to the property. There is a church, grocery store, a school and a cafe. It might be a small spot on the map but it is a passionate community of farmers and wine makers. The winding roads are picture perfect with U-pick berry farms, pumpkin patches and farm fresh produce stands.
Being centrally located, you can reach some of the most fun things Oregon has to offer within 90 minutes. 70 miles west are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 75 miles East and you might touch snow from Mount Hood. Or just hang out in the area, visiting the hundreds of wineries open for tastings
