Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Newly renovated modern studio condo, owners personal getaway now open to guests. This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset. Just off the boardwalk with community pool, this unit sleeps three. Right on the oceanfront, you won't find a more peaceful getaway! Beach chairs & towels provided in season. Please note: due to the open layout of the building, there is no elevator.

The space
This modern, spacious studio's living area is 440 sq ft with a large outdoor private balcony overlooking the ocean and sports two high Adirondack chairs and table, perfect for enjoying the ocean waves while sipping your favorite beverage. Soak up the sun while lounging on the grass lawn overlooking the beach or take a dip to cool off in the community pool. Inside is a large counter height glass dining table with 3 swivel chairs that also overlooks the ocean. Wanting to whip up a meal? A galley kitchen comes complete with pots, pans, combo convection/microwave, stovetop, full refrigerator, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all you might possibly need. Want to barbecue? The large deck out back hosts a charcoal grill and umbrella tables for your use. After a fun filled day, get a good nights sleep on the queen size bed, firm and comfortable with a 3 inch latex topper. The sofa transforms into a double bed and there is a 40 inch flat screen cable TV, Roku, books and games to entertain. Get relaxed while washing up in the walk-in spa-like rain shower with handheld sprayer that features a double sink and swivel faucets. Please note: given the age/layout of Oceans ll condominiums, it is not ADA/ANSI compliant. There are three sets of 8 stairs with a landing in between each level to get to this unit.

Guest access
You'll have access to the pool, the back deck, charcoal grill, and private front lawn area overlooking the beach. An on-site credit card or bill operated laundry is available located in the basement of Ocean's ll Condominium. There is one assigned parking space for for this unit. If additional parking is needed for guests, there is street parking available on Pacific, metered in tourist months, free in winter months and unmetered on nearby streets as well.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are provided for short term vacation rentals. Bedding is not provided for monthly winter rentals, however, arrangements can be made with housekeeper for an added fee with option to include weekly cleaning.
There is wireless internet, flat screen cable TV, some books and games.
The pool area and front lawn have tables and lounging chairs.
A charcoal grill available for your use is located on the back deck far right, (shared with one other unit), as well as umbrella tables and chairs. Note: the grill on the front lawn is not for renters use.
There are no surprises, all taxes required by law are included.
Please note this is not handicap accessible as there is no elevator. The stairs are an easy climb, though, with a landing between each set of 8 stairs.

Named one of "America's Best Beach Boardwalks", walk, roller-blade or rent a bike or surrey on the spacious 28-feet wide boardwalk that features a designated bike path. Ideal for strolling, walk to the pier, fishing or horseback riding on the beach. Outdoor entertainment with live concerts and a variety of venues are within minutes and fireworks are weekly. Entertainment is offered nightly during the summer months and four oceanfront stages at 7th, 17th, 24th, and 31st streets provide live musical acts. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance; Eat: An American Bistro is an award winning restaurant and located on site. The Hillier Fitness Park, 36th Street at the Oceanfront, features exercise equipment that includes pull up bars, parallel bars, climbing ropes, a level ring climber, gymnastics rings and a balance beam. Don't miss King Neptune, a 24 foot, 12 ton bronze statue that stands at the gateway to Neptune Festival Park on 31st, a popular photo spot. Like to shop? Wonderful boutiques and specialty shops are yours to explore within a short stroll of the condo and a 7-Eleven convenience store is across the street.

We love to travel and visit new places. Some of our favorite trips have been exploring the coast of Maine, the forests of Gatlinburg, Red Rocks of Sedona, and visiting family in Naples, FL. Having vacationed in Virginia Beach and enjoying it so, we feel fortunate to have found our cozy condo here. When we travel we try to get a place with a kitchenette as we like to make our breakfasts and have dinners in after a day of sight seeing. We enjoy listening to music in the background, anything from jazz to rock to country or watching Hgtv and movies, especially comedies. Some of our favorites are "What About Bob" and "Trains, Planes and Automobiles". Walking or relaxing on the beach is something we look forward to every day. A great beach book and favorite of mine is A Gift from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh.
