Neighborhood highlights

Guthrie Center is a great small town with wonderful friendly people! The town works hard to keep up its downtown area & really supports local businesses. Less than 10 miles to the north is beautiful Springbrook State Park. Great place to walk, run, bike or enjoy a picnic. 15 miles to the East is the town of Panora. Lake Panorama National Golf Course, an 18 hole course, is located on the private lake but open to the public.

We absolutely love this area & all the wonderful activities that keep our family healthy & happy!! Lots of boating, sports activities, biking, running shared with family & friends over the years.
