The space
Welcome to our private guest house, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and a coffee and tea bar. You'll find a convection oven, two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, and a full-size refrigerator. The spacious dining table is perfect for enjoying meals.

Rest comfortably on the queen bed or make use of the queen pullout for additional sleeping arrangements. Stay cool with the fully functioning AC provided by the mini split system. The full bathroom features a tankless water heater for continuous hot water supply.

Outside, you can soak up the sunshine at the lovely table or relax in the screen-enclosed outdoor sitting area. It's furnished with a double lounger, couch, and a table, allowing you to enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.

Guest access
Enjoy the convenience of free parking for one vehicle in the driveway during your stay. The guest house, situated at the back of the property, offers ample privacy, and you have access to the charming back patio areas.

If you need to do laundry, simply notify me with a prior day's notice. The washer and dryer, shared with me, are located on the patio through the blue door on the left. Detergent is provided for your convenience.

Other things to note
We have two dogs which are very well behaved. Sometimes they will be on the back patio or in the fenced in backyard but the second we hear them bark we bring them inside, so they are not a nuisance. Blaze is the Mini Aussie and Willow is the smaller dog (she was adopted but we believe she is a Chihuahua and Whippet mix).
