I live by myself and currently work 2 jobs so you will pretty much have the place to yourself! I can offer you places to go and see
I have a dog named Bella. She is a pit mix but very friendly. She would stay with me at night and be in daycare during the day.
1 block to Broadway station on the Red line.
No smoking, fine of $100 for smoking in the apartment.
Christine was accommodating and made sure that we were okay. She let us use her pass for the T which was incredibly helpful!
Christine is a great host! She was able to work with my schedule and provided great local recommendations. The South Boston area is a great place for young professionals to spend time. The room was nice and relatively quiet (for being in the city), and Chrstine's dog is very sweet.
The room is close to a T stop (which is a must in Boston) and there's parking available if you do need to drive.
This was my first experience using Airbnb, and Christine exceeded my expectations! The room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and true to the photographs. Christine is incredibly responsive to phone/text messaging, as well as accommodating. Her dog is an absolute sweetheart. I had the pleasure of celebrating Cinco de Mayo with Christine and some of her friends - what a fun and delightful group! I traipsed all over Boston during my stay, and the five minute walk to the T (Broadway Station) was incredibly convenient. I walked alone from the T to Christine's place at all hours of the day and night, and always felt safe. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend keeping the window closed in the bedroom. I left mine open because the weather was so gorgeous, but you will hear vehicles from the street below. My stay was so pleasant that I will reach out to Christine in the event of future trips to Boston.
Christine made sure we were welcome, I felt her word could be trusted. This is the only fairly priced BnB within easy walking distance of the convention center. Along the walk on B street there is a plaque noting it as the site of the Revolutionary War battle of Nock Hill. 5 revolutinaries died in the first part of the battle. After Americans retook the location the British left Boston. An easy landmark on A street is Doughboy doughnuts shop 100 feet from the BnB. The cabbies use it a lot. This area is undergoing a low key rehabilitation. Even late at night I felt safe.
I had a great time at Christine's! The photos are accurate, the bathroom is right across the hall. Quiet neighborhood as well. Would def stay here again!
Christine was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of via e-mail and text. She had lots of helpful tips for using the train and Uber. The bed was very comfortable and the location of her apartment was close to public transportation. I would gladly stay with Christine the next time we are in Boston.
It was nice to stay in Christine's place, she was very helpful.

About the Host, Christine
I am a young working professional, I work in finance during the day and (email hidden) 3 nights a week. I probably won't be home much for someone staying with me but can give lots of suggestions for places to go. I have a 1 yr old pitbull named Bella who is a sweetheart!! She goes to doggy daycare and sleeps in my room. When I'm not working, I like to run and travel!
Groceries within walking distance!
One of southies newest bars. My favorite going out spot and great comfort food!
As seen in Goodwill Hunting :)!
Lots of shopping and tourist attractions. Walk the freedom trail!
Great in the summer to walk the island, see the old war forts and grab an ice cream!
