Recently built in 2018, Island View Retreat boasts spectacular views of Canyon Lake and offers the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, change in scenery for virtual schooling, or a family vacation! The massive covered deck (approx 900 sq ft) is ideal for a bar-b-que lunch while watching the boats soar across the water or enjoying a morning coffee while watching the deer in the yard. A public boat ramp in the neighborhood makes it very convenient to launch or rent water toys. Welcome to paradise!
