This is a bright, spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen size bed & one single bed and a sofa in the living room. FREE WI-FI Internet access in the apartment. As we are just next to the bar street, we do emphasize strict regulations. We have a NO VISITOR AT ALL TIMES POLICY. This is for our guests security purpose. So you can be rest assured that you will be in safe hands when in our building vicinity. Also we do not allow durians in our apartment at all.

Other things to note
1. No hassle Self-check in. Anytime after 2pm you can register as a guest at concierge & proceed to the apartment with the door access password which was provided to you earlier by our Host .

2. Self-checkout is at 11am

3. No visitors are allowed in the building at anytime of the day. This is to prevent any illegal or vice activities in the building.

4. No durians allowed. Smoking is also NOT allowed.
