The space
Charming, recently restored apartment, situated in the heart of historical Rome, near the famous Piazza Camp de' Fiori. Located on the top floor of a 16th c. building, with a marble spiral staircase leading you to this cosy, fully furnished, two-storey apartment.
The apartment is at the 3rd floor with no lift and a very characteristic spiral staircase
The first storey is composed of a a large living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bath with bathtub. A steel spiral staircase then takes you to the second storey: there you will find a second bedroom with twin beds and a bath. French doors open onto the enchanting terraces split on two levels, the ideal place to enjoy breathtaking views of Rome's roofs and domes, including St. Peter's, while dining al fresco with friends. Lovely plants create a magical , unforgettable atmosphere.

50m2 apartment and its terrace of 30m2, is set on the 3rd floor without elevator and it's composed of :

LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, armchair, bookshelves, TV, cupboards, phone, table and chairs, window, AC, stairs leading to the 2nd floor;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with induction stove, fridge, microwave, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With double bed, bookshelves, wardrobe, window, AC, door window leading to the terrace, ensuite bathroom;
BATHROOM
With bathtub, sink, wc, window;
SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM
With twin beds, bedside tables, bookshelves, AC, ensuite bathroom:
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc.
TERRACE
with table and chairs, armchairs, potted plants.

Independent heating, AC, washing machine, TV, microwave, phone, terrace, internet, no elevator.

PLEASE NOTE: Utilities are included up to 50€ per week, you will be shown the meter upon check in.
