Ski Run Villa #7 accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for a large family or group of friends. With an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, contemporary furnishings & a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. This Mammoth Lakes 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo has plenty of amenities & comfortably sleeps 8.
Located at the end of a quiet street this hidden gem is situated next to the forest where you can build snow forts in the winter or hike through the woods in the spring, summer & fall.

The space
The well-appointed living room has several comfortable seating areas. There is a loft area with a desk, foosball table and two chairs that transform into twin-size beds. Smart TVs in both living room and loft.

You'll find beautiful granite countertops, decorator tiles, and convenient cabinets in the gourmet kitchen. This cooking area also comes fully equipped with Viking appliances.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining bath with shower and jetted bathtub. The second bedroom also has a king bed. It shares a bath with the third bedroom, which is equipped with a queen bed. The third bathroom is centrally located along the stairs leading to the loft and upper floor.

The two-car garage measures 7-feet high by 15.7-feet deep, and it adjoins to the home for safe and easy access.
Additional vehicles that cannot fit in the garage have to be parked off site in a paid lot. Either at the Village lot on Berber st or at the Mammoth RV Park.
No outside parking is available. If the HOA cites the homeowner for cars parked outside it will be forwarded to you - fines range from $200-$400.

Located near Lake Mary Road, just half a mile between Little Eagle and Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, this townhome is only 200 yards from the Yellow Line shuttle on Kelly Road. Fun winter activities are easily accessible at the nearby Mill City recreational area, the Eagle Lodge, and Wooley's Tube Park.

Whether you're planning a summer holiday filled with leisurely strolls through the majestic landscape or a frosty winter vacation on the slopes of Mammoth Mountain, this centrally located townhouse is an ideal home away from home.

Parking Notes: Parking for 2 vehicles in the private attached garage. NO outdoor parking. 7' FEET HIGH/ 15' FEET 7" INCHES DEEP. Any extra cars you may have will need to be parked off site and you cannot park on the streets in Mammoth between Nov.1st-Apr.30. This complex does not allow parking for RVs or trailers. $500 fee is collected at booking and refunded back to guest if no parking violations occur during your stay.
