The space
This is a large, beautiful, light-filled room looking out on an herb and flower-filled garden and patio. The back yard is heavily treed which provides privacy.

Where you’ll be

Cortez, Colorado, United States

The house is in a quiet older rural Colorado neighborhood with mixed housing. The neighbors are friendly. The back yard is xeriscaped with beautiful red gravel and stones quarried from the nearby West Fork of the Dolores River. In the summer, cottonwoods create a wall of trees on the north border of the property.
