You are booking a private and exclusive 1 bedroom + bathroom + living room, fully furnished and well maintained serviced apartment on the link road in Malad West.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the furniture, fixtures and electronics that are required to make your stay comfortable. We also have a fully loaded kitchen with gas, utensils, microwave, washing machine, crockery etc.
If you are a foodie and would like to indulge in some specialized cuisine right in the comfort of your home, we can also arrange a private chef who will take your taste buds to an all new different level.
Transportation is available right at the door step or in case you need a private car, we can also arrange one for you.
Bed linen, towels, mineral water and soaps are provided and changed every 3 days. Unlimited Wi-Fi connectivity is available and inclusive in your tariff.
A dedicated caretaker is provided to clean up the apartment once a day, change the bed linen and assist you with anything you require. If you are happy with his work, please feel free to tip him generously.
The building has 24/7 security and CCTV installations. However, in the interest of our guests, we have gone one step further and installed our own CCTV security for the apartment.

Interaction with Guests
The interaction between a host and guest is becoming more and more important. With that said, how exactly I communicate with my guests is also changing thanks to the advent of new technologies.
1. Kindly handover the keys to the caretaker when going out. Lost keys will be charged INR 500/-
2. No extra person will be lodged in the room without the permission of the management for which additional charges will have to be paid.
3. Any complaints should be reported directly to the Manager and not to the subordinate staff.
4. Laundry / Chef Services will be charged extra.
5. Stickers strictly prohibited.
6. Settlement of bills:
• Advance when asked should be paid.
• Bills must be settled on presentation in cash or cheque
• Advance paid is non refundable
7. Hazardous goods: Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed explosives or any other article of combustible or hazardous nature, possession and or use of contraband substances in the room or in the luggage is strictly prohibited.
8. Damage to apartment: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment property caused by themselves, their friends or any other person of whom they are responsible.
9. Please do not leave your valuables in the room. The management does not take any responsibility for any loss or theft of valuables kept in the room by guests.
10. Laundry service: Clothes may be deposited with the room attendant. Please note, there will be no refund or claims for clothes that fade, shrink or get damaged in the laundry process. Please check clothes for any valuables before giving it to the laundry. Clothes given to the laundry at our own risk.
11. Management Rights: The Management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the serviced apartment premises or to request any guest to vacate their room at any moment without prior notice and the guest shall be bound to vacate the same. In case of default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor concerned from the room occupied by the guest.
12. Visitors and friends are not allowed in the apartment between 1300 hrs to 1600 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0800 hrs. During these prohibited periods silence should be maintained and no disturbance should be caused to other guest or neighbors eg: playing loud radio, television or musical instruments. The Management reserves the rights or entering the apartment whenever deemed necessary.
13. No pets are allowed into the apartment.
14. All lights, fans, air condition and electrical gadgets should be switched off when leaving the room.
15. Amendments: The above rules have been laid down to ensure a comfortable stay of all our guests. The Management reserves the rights to add, alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions and any other rule at anytime without notice.
16. Anti-Social attitude: The Management reserves the right to evict guest who cause inconvenience/ discomfort to other guest/neighbors. (Eg: excessive noise, lousy behavior, loud music, drunkenness or unauthorized guests in the room).

The apartment is located near a good shopping mall and there are many grocery stores across the street that makes it convenient to stay there.
I LOVE the place mostly because its an independent 1BHK house, fully furnished with nobody else around.

Craig been a wonderful + helpful hosts. It was a last minute booking but he was kind enough to arrange an accommodation. He is always a call away for any help. Would highly recommend Craig to all the guest.
The apartment is in an excellent location with convenience stores, good restaurants and plenty of take-aways just outside the door. There are two malls within walking distance and Malad St on the Western Railway is a short distance away, which is probably the fastest and most convenient way to get into the city.
The flat is spacious and light in a 11-storey apartment building. There is a watchman and most flats seem to be occupied by families with smaller children making it a safe and secure place to stay for women.
The flat has the mod-cons that you would want - fridge, wifi, TV, A/C, etc. The flat itself would benefit from a bit of TLC - but a thorough clean and some fresh paint would go a long way and Craig mentioned that he is planning an upgrade.
Craig was a very helpful and flexible host. It was a last minute booking and he let us check in early and put us in touch with the housekeeper Kamal. We had some trouble connecting to the wifi, but he saw to it that it was sorted out - eventually replacing the router. The housekeeper Kamal was also very attentive and efficient in meeting our requests.
Overall we had a lovely and fuss free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking for a convenient and cosy home away from home while in Mumbai.
This is a clean and functional apartment, with an attendant who keeps it clean. While I was there, the internet connection and water filter were not working. I also found the location very extremely noisy, as the building is at a very busy traffic intersection. Fortunately, the company had another apartment that was available in the same building, which they were able to shift me to, which I appreciated.
