Perfect location, walk/bike to downtown area/ High Speed Wifi throughout the house / 2 King size beds one Queen bed /Newly remodeled / Huge back yard / Brand new appliances / Space for your car in a garage or plenty of parking on long driveway/ Outside porch with seating / Pet friendly - no deposit or any other charge.
This is my first house ever listed I will add to the describtion more, after people will notice more things, too many to list.

The space
Entire place including garage and laundry room in the basement will be available. Basement is not finished and is not livable area, it only has an access to laundry machine and dryer.

You can access the whole house, back yard, office space. Laundry downstairs, garage is available for guests. Basement is not finished and is not a livable area, it only has has washer and dryer.

Other things to note
No parties are allowed! If you will have more then 5 guests over (beside the occupancy maximum 6), please let know ahead of time, so I can warn my neighbors. Thank you for understanding!
