2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property.
3.The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5.PETS are permitted only with prior written approval and are subject a $25/night/pet fee and to the following terms:
a.Pets discovered to have been brought without prior approval and payment will be charged for at a rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per night per pet for any nights the property is occupied by the Guest(s).
The discovery of pets brought any Guest(s) without prior approval is subject to immediate removal of the Guest(s) and pets from the Property and termination of the remainder of their stay without refund.
b.Guest must take due care to immediately pick up after their pets on property grounds or be charged for any cleaning cost and/or loss of revenue from other guests or tenants.
c.Guest(s) hereby declare that the pets are known to be non-aggressive to other animals and people and are neutered or spayed.
d.Guest(s) accept full liability FOR ANY HARM DONE by Guests’ pets to any other animals or people and any property damage.
6.Fees: These fees are designed to encourage you to follow the rules, NOT to give us a reason to charge them.
We do not make or want to make money on these. At best they reimburse us for losses.
We do not like charging them. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE US A REASON TO.
a.Failure to turn off lights and/or fans upon checkout$10
b.Failure to turn of the heating, stove, oven, or closing the refrigerator upon checkout $30
c.Failure to spin the combination on a key lock box and/or closing the combination door will require the resetting of the combination and re-informing all the upcoming guests and will carry a $15 fee.
d.Any other costs incurred due to Guests intent or negligence will be reimbursed at actual cost
e.Any time required to be invested by the management as a result to Guests intent, negligence, or error will be charged at fifty dollars ($50) per hour, including travel time.
Apartment was fine. Not very modern or polished - felt like a college rental. However, it was clean which is the most important thing. Court yard was not tended. Neighborhood was ok. Had some drifters walking around but it was a block away from some good restaurants and a 24 Mexican spot which is great.
Great location, very spacious for our group. Overall a pretty pleasant experience for us. Alik was very detailed and the place was nicely stocked with linens and things. It was a bit warm in the apartment but there were a couple of fans around the place that we could move to optimize airflow. We couldn't find the remote for the TV so I can't say anything about how the TV extras were, but the Wi-Fi connection worked great. If you put two cars in the garage, it's difficult to back up the right car (looking out of the house toward the garage) without scrapping the bottom on part of the curb, so you'll have to move the left car first and then back the right car out at an angle. We weren't in the place for very long (only for a couple of days for a wedding in Balboa Park) but would definitely rent again for a longer stay.
The house was very good in relation with the price and the location was good (5 minute ride from downtown). Alik was willing to help in everything to make our stay comfortable. Check-in and out was very easy and quick.
We had a good experience staying in our apartment. It was modern, and very clean. It was was central to all and very close to downtown San Diego. Their is a Pizza shop, liquor store, taco shop, 7/11 and restaurants within walking distance. We loved that we had a two car garage that was attached to the apartment. (Parking is very tight in the area) We would definitely stay here in the future when we need to stay close to downtown San Diego.
It was a very good experience to stay at Alik's place. The TV was broken and Alik came in on the day of check-in and replace it with a new better one. Thank you again and will stay at your place again in the future.
It was a bit warm in the house without AC in July, but overall the place was clean, it was great to have two secured parking spots, and the neighborhood was pretty low key/quiet. It was a good home base for our Comic Con adventure. Thanks Alik!
The place is at good location, short drive to many attractions. My friends and I have a comfortable stay and enjoy our stay here.
