Parking is very difficult in Philadelphia. This is a city after all. There is free parking on the street from 8pm-8am, but after that it is only free for two hours during the day and they will ticket you immediately. The TV show parking wars was based filmed in Philadelphia for this reason. Parking garages are plentiful and nearby and range anywhere from 20-50 a day. You do NOT need a car to experience Philadelphia. Live like a local and leave the car at home!
This is a private apartment you will not be sharing the bathroom or kitchen.

Check in was easy and pain less, the apartment is well located and comfortable. The shower didn't work properly but Andrea responded instantly with a fix when texted so no complaints from me here.
We loved staying at this cozy little apartment. It was our first time in Philadelphia, and we appreciated having a private, safe, and peaceful place to come back to every night. The area is wonderful--several great grocers, lots of restaurants, and coffee shops abound. It also felt very safe. The apartment has all of the quirks of an old historic building, but all of the charm as well. Andrea was responsive and helpful. We got around the city easily using buses with stops right by the apartment that led straight to the Art Museum, Independence Hall, and more. One morning I walked through the beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park to get some fresh, hot donuts from Federal Donuts a few blocks away. Just a small sample of what you can do from this great location! I think my favorite part of the apartment was the sweet window seat with comfy pillows; perfect spot to curl up in the warm afternoon light and plan our evening out! This is a great spot for energetic, healthy people, as you do have to walk up four flights of stairs and the bed is definitely on the soft side--if you have back issues, that might not work for you so well. We loved it. Even though we were total newbie tourists we felt like locals. Thanks again for everything!
The place is located right in the city centre, and is quite safe to walk around. The apartment gets everything you need, even juice extractor and coffee machine. Got a bit confused about bath water, but solved quickly. Nice experience!
We liked it so much that we're going again! The location is really good. And the apartment is beautiful. Really clean bathroom.
