The space
* The resort is very conveniently located in north part of Hurghada, on the half way between Hurghada and El Gouna city «Egyptian Venice», in short distance 15 - 20 minutes taxi journey from Hurghada International airport and the main tourist shopping area.
* Newly opened cozy beach restaurant Medusa beach club is located inside the resort, directly at the beach. Other restaurants, caffe shops, local supermarkets and pharmacies are in 5-20 min walking distance.
* With one double kingsize bed in a bedroom and 1 sofa bed in living room, place is suitable for up to max. 3 adults or a family (2 adults) with a max. 1-2 kids.
* Apartment is fully furnished with all the kitchen appliances, air-condition units in all rooms, wash machine, LCD TV & Satellite and Wifi 4G internet connection. Beach towels and private sunbed mattresses for the beach are also provided.

* Directly at the resort’s beach is located kitesurf centre with all facilities for kitesurfing. I’m running kitesurfing school “Kite School Egypt” since 2014 - we are Top rated Hurghada kitesurfing school. We are running kitesurfing lessons for beginners and we offer kitesurf equipment rental all year round. Don’t hesitate ask me for more info.
Guest access
Beach use, sun beds, sun umbrellas, 2 swimming pools are free to use.
We provide for our guests private beach towels (they are in apartment) At the beach you can ask “recreation guy” and he’ll provide you resort’s sun beds mattresses free of charge.

** AIRPORT TRANSFER & SERVICES **
* We could arrange for you an airport pick up service if it's required. Please send us your date of arrival, time and other flight details if a airport transfer is required.
Airport pick up (on request):
• 15 Eur/ per minivan / 5 seats
• 20 Eur/ per sedan / 5 seats (for night flight arrival time from 23:30 to 8:00)
** FOOD AND BEVERAGES**
* We have set up small welcome pack (snacks, water, coffee, tea), waiting for you in apartment to make your arrival bit more convenient. In front of the resort you’ll find small supermarkets with snacks and beverages. Grocery store “Bestway” & bakery store “Bready” are just in 15 minutes walking distance.
** MEDUSA BAR &RESTAURANT **
We are arunning cozy beach restaurant MEDUSA, is located at the beach, inside the resort. Medusa Restaurant serving tasty dishes from European & Mediterranean cuisine - breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all reasonable priced. We are accepting cash payments and Visa/Mastercard payments as well. You are welcome to visit us every day from 9:00 am to 01:00 am!
** BEACH & SWIMMING POOLS USE **
* Our resort has private sandy beach with sun beds & 2 swimming pools. Swimming pools are not heated in the winter. Beach & swimming pools use are free of charge.
* We just want let you know and please notice, that in front of our resort is nice sea lagoon with shallow, knee/waist deep water and the sea level depends on the high/low tide. The water level in the lagoon change every week, but sometimes you have to walk 200 meters to the deep water if you want swimming. As in all Hurghada area, there are no nice corals for snorkeling close to the beaches. For nice snorkeling experience we recommend to choose snorkeling boat trip which are organized daily. Ask us for detailed information and prices.
** KITESURFING LESSONS **
* If you are kitesurfer or you want to learn kitesurfing, feel free to ask me for more info about our kitesurfing spot and available kitesurfing lessons packages for beginners. We are running kitesurfing school directly at the resort where apartment is located.

** WATER & ELECTRIC IMPORTANT NOTICE **
** Price on AirBnb NOT include bills for water and electricity consumption. Average bills for water and electricity are 10-20€ for a week stay / 2 people and it’s mostly depends on AC usage. Bills are calculated at the end of your stay by installed water and electricity meters.
Price per 1 kw of electricity is 2,20 EGP / 0,040€. Water 1 ton (1000 liters) = 50 EGP / 0,80 €
** IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EGYPTIAN CITIZENS **
For mixed couple (it’s only applicable if one from the couple has Egyptian nationality and national ID) marriage contract or ORFI certificate is mandatory. It’s not applicable for foreigners couples.
