In the heart of Brooklyn’s most happening neighborhood, Williamsburg, stands this 4,700 SF interior, new construction, modern, luxury townhome. Lots of outdoor space, an office with high-end office chair and desk not pictured, a barrel sauna, cold plunge, giant steam room, SoulCycle bike/gym, full-floor master suite, and chef’s kitchen. 2 blocks to Whole Foods, Domino Park, endless delivery spots, near subway accessing all of Manhattan. Modern finishes. Mud room. High-end bedding.

The space
After a decade in NYC, I bought this home in my dream location. The townhome is located in the heart of Brooklyn’s most attractive neighborhood, Williamsburg. It’s 2 blocks to brand new Domino Park on the East River with views of the Manhattan skyline, Whole Foods, Apple store, Brooklyn’s best shopping, and some of the city’s best food.

Short walk to a subway stop that in 8 minutes takes you to Manhattan’s Union Square, which is one of the few subway stations that quickly gets you almost anywhere in Manhattan quickly.

Two dedicated office spaces in the house with high-end office chairs and desks. One office is in a fully private room with tons of natural light looking out onto the backyard. The other is on the top floor with balconies on both sides with wall-to-wall windows and a private bathroom. There’s high-speed internet throughout the house.

The home is all new construction, with tons of outdoor space, a huge steam room, a big basement, high-speed internet, and 65 inch 4K TV in the living room with Apple TV. Decorated very high-end. The dining room table expands to seat 8. Outdoor dining table, grill, and lounge area. Everything in the home is nearly brand new and high-end.

Rare for NYC, there’s a full laundry room plus an additional washer and dryer on the second floor.

There are also lots of games in the basement.

And a big chef’s kitchen.

Guest access
Everything is accessible but for a couple of small spaces for locking owners' things.
