  • We highly recommend Nikki and the home. Nikki's home, preparation and communication was perfect.

The house was extremely clean, comfortable and as described in Nikki's profile. My family visited for a family celebration and it was a great fit for everyone from the kids to the adults and the grandparents.

Nikki was immediately responsive with any questions and we'll look to her home next time too.

  • We had a great experience in Nikki's home. I've stayed in several rental homes and this was one of the best I've stayed in for families. It had all the comforts of home...from a packed kitchen to plenty of sheets/towels, Apple TV in every room and toys for the kids. Nikki was extremely responsive before and during our stay. My husband and kids loved the little guest house...which became the"boys cave" while we were there. The neighborhood is just lovely, and a quick drive to downtown Burlingame. Highly recommend!

  • Nikki's house was lovely, and she was very flexible in working with us. I was in town with my large extended family for a wedding and several of us stayed here. We were grateful for the beautiful space and the ability to have the relatives over for dinner. We were quite comfortable, felt well taken care of, and enjoyed the beautiful backyard and a sweet neighborhood.

  • Loved staying in the studio! Clean and comfortable--especially loved the heated mattress pad and yummy cookies! Nikki was easy to work with and very responsive--she answered my late-night call about where to park, and responded quickly to help me figure out the wifi. Highly recommended.

  • Thank you Nikki for a wonderful stay at your house! It was perfect for our family of 8. There was so much space for everybody, including a very active 4-year old and his 10 months old sister.
The neighbourhood is lovely, supermarket and other amenities are not far away and if you don't want to drive to San Francisco, there is the CALtrain stop a 20 min walk away.
We recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay in that area.

  • Very comfortable home in a quiet San Mateo neighborhood. It was easy to get to (with GPS... windy streets!) and a great place to stay while in the area on business. I stayed with a business partner, and we had plenty of privacy while having good work space when we needed it. The kitchen and coffee were also great for breakfasts (coffee was provided and we went shopping at a local grocery store for breakfast food). I'd recommend this over a hotel any time!

  • We loved Nikki's house so much that we were sad to come back to our own house. The house is very sunny, spacious and the location is great. We walked to Bulingame town center for Pete's, restaurants and shopping. Bed linens and down comforters were so cozy. It really feels like a weekend cottage in the country but in the middle of a city. Kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed her fancy china. Nikki has great taste. After using her Miele dishwasher for few days, I am determined to get one of my own. Nikki was a great host. Responds quickly to emails and texts. Our flight got in so late and she left all the lights on the house so that we didn't have to walk into a dark house. We rented the whole house to visit my sister who lives nearby. There was enough space for the whole extended family. We had little kids and they really enjoyed all the garden, toys, high chairs and Netflix. Great experience overall.
