Ok, looks like I said everything, and if I told you all ..... ask!!
Laura and Dina were very nice hosts -- they were accessible and quick to respond to issues (we lost hot water once and they were onsite within 5-10 minutes to resolve the problem). The other guests can be problematic, though. We had one couple staying in the next room whose baby started crying in the middle of the night (both nights), and selection for breakfast was much diminished by the time we ate (no juices and croissants, and only 1/2 cup of milk on our second day). However, I would still recommend Laura and Dina because these issues are beyond their control. They also have someone coming in to clean their house so it's really quite a nice place.
Laura and Dina were lovely when we contacted them and gave us detailed descriptions how to get to the apartment. It was a short walk from the station. The room was perfect. Very new and comfortable, with a private bathroom, newly renovated kitchen, washing machine etc. Breakfast was fresh every morning and rooms were made every day. It's a lovely place and very close to the metro and major sights. There's some supermarkets nearby and the area is safe. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable, safe and welcome the whole time. Dina even helped us get a taxi on a day where public transport was on strike and we were at a loss at what to do, she really saved us a lot of trouble. I will definitely stay with them again when I come back to Rome next year, thanks so much :)!
We only needed this accommodation for one night, as we were heading from Rome to Bari the next morning. The apartment itself is beautiful, nicely decorated, with great wifi connection and only 2 mins walking distance away from the metro station (Re Di Roma). However, my review is primarily for the customer service. Once electronic payment was received, the hosts contacted me on WhatsApp, but would not correspond with me on there which I found odd. Fine, ok. When I tried to correspond via Airbnb, I notified them that my mother and I were headed to the Vatican for a 10am guided tour and that we preferred to arrive at the apartment early to ONLY drop off our things, get the key and head back out, however we didn't hear back from them until 740am! We were told it was not possible to leave our things at their apartment because they didn't want to wake their other guests, so we had to take our luggage to stare at Termini station, which made us late for our guided tour at 10am. Which also meant we lost money and had to pay for yet another tour! That wasn't the worst of it. We contacted them and told them we would arrive after the tour after 3pm, but first we had to collect our things from Termini station. We got to their apartment at 5:29pm, and had to wait outside until 6pm. Thank god we eventually ran into someone on the street that was kind enough to let us use her phone (my phone is on airplane mode with data turned off so as to not incur any international roaming fees) to call Dina and Laura. When they arrived, they rattled off the house rules and left. Thank god I had been staying in Italy since 4/26 (and thank god I'm a New Yorker) so I knew how things worked. If this was my first night ever arriving in Italy, I would have been lost....
I'm going to chuck this experience up as them having a bad day. We did book the accommodations on short notice, so I can only hope they are better hosts than what they presented. Especially since they are running a full-fledged bed and breakfast business. The beds were super comfortable, but we probably wouldn't stay with them again.
We, as you can read from ALL the other reviews, we are always available to customers. We all thank you for my long email explaining how to get !!!!!!
I remind you that you have booked at 2 am, and you wanted to come and leave your luggage at 7 am, ie after only five hours !!!!!!!!! You alone at 2 am the next morning you remember that you have a guided tour of the Vatican ???
At 2 am in fact, just arrived book, I immediately contacted Airbnb, without a response from you.
For this I was forced to write on WhatsApp.
Should not you just write something like TE, was a review that I had to do, did not you !!!! It seems very rude of you to make such a request !! ...... also because I messarmi for that night with you, I went to sleep at 3 am !!!!!
In addition, you told me you'd come at 3pm. I was there waiting until 5 in the afternoon. Do not you come and then I went to the grocery store !!!! Sorry if after two hours I allowed myself to get out !!!
It seems somewhat out of place your review.
I should have been doing to you a review of the genre !!
We are always available to the customer comleta ......... as long as there is always education and respect !!! And you hardly had !!
Very nice and central located flat, with good room and bathroom facilities! also quiet and very clean.. all in all good value for money!
propper breakfast with crossoints and cereals!
Thanks Dina&Laura everytime again!
Laura and Dina gave us very clear explanations and the accommodation was great: it was clean, organized and met our expectation. Recommend!
We had a little problem upon our arrival at our original airbnb due to a leakage in the bathroom. Laura drove us immediately to another airbnb around the corner for a night. It was a nice owl inspired theme room which was clean and convenient. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too. The next morning Laura came for us and brought us to her other bnb which was newly renovated and nearer to the Metro. It was a convenient 2 minutes walk to the metro which made it easy for us to travel around as we have heavy luggages. Will recommend to stay with Laura and Dina. Do ask for the newly renovated bnb.

About the Host, Laura E Dina
