Located just 5 minutes driving from the magical town of Tulum and 15 minutes from the magical Caribbean beaches as an oasis is SANAH, with 10 exclusive private villas, designed to provide comfort, privacy and harmony, all within the framework of the Natural beauty that the Caribbean Jungle has to offer.

Comfort and convenience are a key part of our project, with private spaces of 120 m2 where each of our guests has the opportunity to enjoy their stay in a unique privacy framework. Night area, bathroom, terrace, gardens and a beautiful private pool, make up each of our exclusive villas.

Let yourself be seduced by our delicious king size beds, between its memory foam mattress, we promise you a deep and pleasant rest.

We know the best massage therapists, if you are interested, we can arrange everything so you can enjoy any of these experiences in the comfort of your villa.

Get yourself into the wellness with our SOLARIUM, a unique steam bath heated by the sun and volcanic stone, we will prepare for you with some esencial oils and local plants. ( With reservation only )

Enjoy our gardens, take a tea next to our campfire or walk 5 minutes through the jungle to reach two of the most beautiful cenotes in the area.

More than a matter of necessity, cleaning is an experience of well-being. Our housekeeping and maintenance team will take care of the daily cleaning of your villa, pool, private terrace and green areas from 9am to 5pm.

The privacy of our guests is essential, so each of these activities are carried out during the daily activities of our guests in coordination with the reception staff and housekeeper.

Our strict security protocols are implemented during the process of each of the activities to be carried out.

Our housekeeper service can be skipped if required, however, due to protocols implemented by the Ministry of Health, pool cleaning must be done every day.
