  • We had a great time in Kevins appt. It was really clean and just how it looks online. In a great location just walking distance to Union Street which is great for shops and restaurants. Really close to public transport, walking distance to the famous Lombard St and Marina. Kevin was so helpful, he thought of everything for us, and everything was in working order. The appartment is light and airy and really secure. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Kevins place when your in San Fran, we certainly would again.

  • I had an amazing time staying in the Cozy Cow Hollow Retreat. Kevin was extremely easy to coordinate with prior to my stay, and his hospitality was great. I really appreciated the little touches, like the bottle of wine he gave as a gift and the list of recommended nearby restaurants. The location is amazing, only steps from Union Street, Chestnut Street in the Marina and Russian Hill. I would recommend the Cozy Cow Hollow Retreat; Kevin has a repeat customer when I am back in town.

  • The Cozy Cow Retreat is a perfect place to stay. It's in a brilliant location, walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and Deli's, including a Real Food store just a couple blocks away on Polk Street.
I felt very safe both in the apartment and the neighbourhood and the local buses could be found just a block away. I was able to walk up to Fisherman's Wharf where I could hire a bike for the day, and cycled over the Golden Gate Bridge. It's so easy from the flat to get buses to the aquarium, downtown to the shopping district, Museum of Modern Art or the Opera House.
The apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was fresh, clean and had everything I needed to relax and chill out after a lot of sight seeing in the day.
Kevin is an excellent and welcoming host, who has clearly given thought as to the simple needs of his airbnb guests, providing very useful local information and small touches that make the stay more pleasant like fresh milk, juice and a bottle of wine on arrival!
I'd highly recommend The Cozy Cow as a perfectly located, restful spot to explore San Francisco.
    Happy travels...

  • It was just great. He was there when he said he would be there. He was very accommodating. Whether we needed directions, places he recommends or whatever of the sort. He provided almost everything that we needed. I think a great host is someone who you don't need to contact for anything because they provide everything you can ever need. That's Kevin! He even gave us a wine bottle as a present! It was that great. His place is clean and big and we were very comfortable! Thanks Kevin for the amazing experience. Great neighborhood!

  • Kevin's apartment was cute, cozy and convenient. When we arrived he had some provisions waiting for us, as well as toiletries. A hotel experience without the steep hotel pricing. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, kitchen functional, and the big screen tv has cable.

The apartment is located walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars and shopping. We had no problem finding our way around to a good time.

Thank so much Kevin! We'll think of you for future trips to San Francisco.
