Other things to note: 11.5% Palm Springs room tax is included in the rate; $100/ per day pool heat (upon request) Home may be rented for special events such as photo shoots, birthday parties or weddings (under 40 guests total) for a fee of $5000, this fee is non negotiable and additional to your fee if renting the home for such events.

The pool can be heated ($100 a day) in the winter for a late night swim under the stars.
