The Old House is a Grade II listed cottage with a self contained extension.

You can take your breakfast from a sunny spot in the garden room or sit in our country garden. A light breakfast of cereal, juice, fruit and snack is provided.

If you feel like putting your feet up you can watch some Netflix or flick through the bookshelf. Or, if you're feeling more adventurous then pop on some wellies and explore the local footpaths.

The space
The bedroom is spacious and characterful with a pitched beam ceiling, incorporating the original boundary wall and its own private entrance from the driveway. You'll sleep on a king size bed with tea and coffee making facilities.

The shower room has recently been refurbished and is accessed via the garden room where you can sit and take in the sun opening the doors to the garden. Its a great space to relax and read a book.

Where you’ll be

Witchampton, England, United Kingdom

We are based in the centre of picturesque Witchampton village with views to the church next door.

There is a community run shop open 9am - 11am daily and a pub where you can enjoy a drink, and food on a Wednesday night.

There are amazing walks, great cycling and bridleways to explore and some excellent country pubs and pretty villages all within a short drive. The town of Wimborne is just 5 miles away and has a wide array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Kingston Lacy National Trust property and gardens is just over 10 minutes drive away and the beaches of Bournemouth and Poole and the city of Salisbury are all accessible in about 30 mins by car. If you want to explore a bit further then the New Forest and Jurrasic coast are also easily accessible for day trips.
