Welcome to Club Jupiter, a glamorous midcentury modern desert home…in a classic British caravan park just outside Margate, Kent.

You’ll be staying in a three-bedroom 2010 Willerby Bluebird that has been lovingly transformed by interior designer Whinnie Williams, stylist and design consultant Emma Jane Palin, and travel journalist Anna Hart. Designed for fabulous gatherings with friends, Club Jupiter makes a unique and unforgettable setting for a glorious Margate weekender.

The space
LIVING ROOM

The light-filled living area evokes the desert modern architecture of Palm Springs, a space made for lounging with a cocktail, on the six-seater crescent sofa upholstered in Poodle & Blonde velvet.

The kitchen is all muted autumnal tones, and equipped with a fridge, a cooker, and a gold sink, because even doing the dishes should feel fabulous.

BEDROOMS

The Jungle Room is a vision of bamboo, rattan, tiki fabrics and sexy bronze mirror panelling, and contains a small double. Designed by travel writer Anna, it will take you around the world!

The Lonely Heart Saloon is designed by interior designer Whinnie Williams, and it’s the most fabulous ranch you’ll ever sleep in, we promise. With pink cowgirl wallpaper, a double bed and a showstopper of a light-studded heart-shaped mirror, it’s the perfect bedroom to get ready for a night out at the rodeo…or a nice seafood restaurant in Margate.

The Space Disco room brings to life the decadent 1970s Studio 54 dreams of stylist and design consultant Emma Jane Palin. With sequin walls and a mirrored ceiling, as well as the staple Club Jupiter neon (a surprise non-pictured feature) this bedroom is all bed and glitter, because what else do you need?

BATHROOMS

Club Jupiter contains two bathrooms, each with a lovingly sourced retro bathroom suite.

A cloakroom toilet, with cork walls, terrazzo flooring and fabulous retro orange vibes.

The main bathroom is a pastel oasis, containing a shower.

GARDEN

We believe in making this a true British seaside experience, so outside you'll find our much-loved garden (with only five plant pots allowed). There's an outdoor dining table for al-fresco dining and our 70s rattan chairs for lounging.

Created by a trio of women, Whinnie Williams, Anna Hart and Emma Jane Palin, Club Jupiter is fuelled by a love for achievable travel and mindful interiors, as well as retro design.

The project was conceived in the midst of 2020, as a direct result of the global pandemic and the looming Brexit travel restrictions. It aims to put caravan holidays on the map as an option for the younger generation.
