  • Brendan's studio was well-equipped for my weeklong stay. The key pick-up and drop-off was simple as Brendan was easy to get in touch with before the check-in and during the stay. If you are staying alone and are unfamiliar with East Flatbush, I would recommend reviewing the neighborhood beforehand to make sure you are comfortable staying in this area.

  • Brendan was an excellent host. Meeting him late on our arrival was very much appreciated. His flexibility in extending our stay due to Sandy was most helpful. The apartment is quiet, you can find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Wi-fi was fast and reliable even during the full brunt of the storm. Highly recommended.

  • Brendan was an excellent host. His place was clean, comfy and complete with a set of simple useful instructions for the apartment and are. He was quick to reply to all our questions by text or email, and the hand-off of keys was very uncomplicated. Anyone looking for a clean, well maintained place to do your own thing from in Brooklyn, Brendan was a great hookup.

  • The apartment is very much like shown in the pictures, clean and comfy.
It might get a little hot though.
We met Brendan in Time square to get the keys and gave them back to him in Chinatown. Coordination went well. Brendan is very nice and mainly in Manhattan when the apartment is rented.
The apart is 5min away from Beverly Station.
If you are looking to visit Brooklyn, its a good location.
If you have to go to Manhattan often, it might be a little time consuming. Took us 35 min to get to Time square.
