The space
This is a clean 1500 sq.feet two bedroom/ 2 bath modern house with all western amenities.

We have two private bedrooms, one with a large king size bed and the other with two double beds.

Both bedrooms looks out to the forest and coffee farm. For more people we have very comfortable extra beds to accommodate a total of six people in the house.

Our 2 full bathrooms, with a hot water boiler, allows for amazing hot water capacity for long steamy showers.

Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and the mattresses are high quality to western standards. The master bedroom connects to the master bathroom which has two separate entrances and can be locked off for master bedroom privacy.

The living room/kitchen/dining areas have very large windows to give you the sensation of being in the rainforest.

The living room also has a television and a DVD player.

We are surrounded by enchanting mountain villages, our coffee plantation and lush jungle. This has to be one of the most beautiful mountain locations in Thailand and very few people get the opportunity to experience this amazing natural beauty. These are authentic mountain villages built on hillsides. Very beautiful and an experience you will remember for a lifetime.

Royal Project Coffee Shop is 1/2 km down from the house, easy walk.
Tharn Thong Lodge is a 2 km drive or walk down from the house.
San Kampeang Hot Springs is a 14 km drive down from the house.
The Mae On Caves and Crazy Horse Climbing Buttress are also about 14 km down from the house.
The mountain village of Mae Kampong is about a 2 km drive up the road. There are multiple coffee shops and Flight of the Gibbon zip line park is in that village as well.

During your stay

We live in Bangkok but have daily access to our guests if needed. Peter is from San Francisco, Montira, his wife, is Thai and they are both multi lingual. Our gardener and his wife live on the property in a small teak house far enough for your privacy but close enough for security. They make sure that the house stays clean and is in perfect working order, collect wood for bonfires and that you are perfectly happy, comfortable and feel secure.
